This pop-up card is sturdy, colorful and fun.
When I first looked at this Halloween Bear popup card, I thought it was cute but overpriced. Because I’m a Vine Voice member I was able to order it for free in return for an honest review, so I ordered it. And when the card arrived and I opened it up, my first thought was “Yowza! This really IS worth the price.” The thing is, this probably isn’t the kind of card you would send to just everyone. It’s one that you likely send to a special friend or relative. It’s meticulously handcrafted and it shows. The bear is intricately detailed and made from high quality materials. The card when folded measures 5 by 7 inches. Unlike a lot of pop-up greeting cards, this one sits flat when unfolded and the pop-up is so well-crafted that every aspect of it is 3-dimensional. This is not, I repeat, NOT your average mass market greeting card. It’s so well-made and so adorable that the recipient will likely want to keep it for use as a Halloween decoration for years to come. That’s what I’m doing with mine. Once opened it and saw the full effect, well, there was no way that I was going to give it away. It has officially become my all-time favorite Halloween decoration and will be prominently displayed on my living room coffee table every fall in the weeks leading up to Halloween.

Who would not love receiving this little bear on Halloween. It’s well made and stays open so you can set it out on display. There is a separate note card which I like because you could re-gift this little card to another or remove it to have just the decorated base. It’s sturdy enough to display next year too. It did not take any extra postage to mail for me.
This is a unique card that is very detailed and vibrant. The entire middle section of the card is printed, so the only area to write is the 3.5 x 2.5 card insert. When open, the ‘pop-up’ bear is slightly over 4 inches tall and 4 inches wide(measuring from one tip of mummy wrap to the other). The card-stock used is a decent weigh and the envelope is also sturdy. The company name is printed on the envelope flap, but that doesn’t bother me as I have seen the same type of thing with other companies logos imprinted on the envelopes. The envelope doesn’t indicate that additional postage would be required, but with the weight/bulk of the pop-up, it might be needed. I would continue to get cards from this company.
