Returns & Refunds: Oops! A Change of Heart?
We get it – sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. Maybe the color isn't quite right, or maybe you accidentally ordered two cards for the same occasion (oops!). Whatever the reason, we want you to be completely smitten with your Paper Love purchase.
Here's the lowdown on our return policy:
- 14-Day Love Guarantee: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your card(s).
- Good as New: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the card must be unused, in its original packaging, and as lovely as the day it arrived.
- Easy as Pie: To start a return or exchange, simply drop us a line at hello@paperlove.cards with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.
- Speedy Refunds: Once we receive your returned card, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
A Few Little Notes:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, we won't be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
- Gifts: If the card was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Customized Cards: Please note that customized cards are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
